Copthorne Orchid Hotel

Copthorne Orchid Hotel Singapore(Formerly known as Novotel Orchid Inn),at 214 Dunearn Road.Had lunch at the cafe with my grandaunt.She's 92 years old.She flew in from Australia with her friend yesterday.She will be in Singapore for a few days and to Malaysia,than back to Australia.

Starbucks

I Love coffee.I must have a cup of coffee everyday.Went shopping at Bugis and had a break at Starbucks.I had a Caramel Macchiato with steamed milk and whipped cream($5.80),a chocolate amer cake($6.00) and K.S had a toffee nut latte($6.40).Both coffee were yummy and the cake was good.

Rojak

I Love Rojak.Soon Heng Silver Stream Rojak at 480 Toa Payoh Central,Lorong 6,HDB Hub B1-23 is the best rojak I've eaten.
The balance between sweet and sour was perfect.The Hei Gor(Prawn Paste) was very good.They are generous with the roasted peanuts.($3.00)

Agar Agar

KS loves jellys.Here are the Agar Agar that I made.

Agar Agar
1 pkt 30g of Agar Agar (seagull & sun)
9 cups of water
9 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of rose essence
Add colour


Method:-Wash Agar Agar.Boil Agar Agar with water.Add sugar when Agar Agar is dissolve.Remove from heat,stir in essence and colour.

Carl's Jr

Went to Carl's Jr at Plaza Singapura for dinner.I order a Portobello mushroom burger.OMG! It's so huge,it is bigger than a normal burger.It is so big that I have to share it with K.S.It was nice.Had a Toffee frappe at McDonald after dinner.
